Panattoni, the leading real estate developer in Europe in the logistics-industrial sector, announces the lease of the last 7,500 m² unit at the multi-tenant Panattoni Park Porto Valongo to HOMYCASA, a Portuguese company specializing in furniture and home décor. This new tenant has physical stores in various cities and a strong online presence, standing out for its offering of designer products at affordable prices and its efficient logistics and delivery services.
With a total of 76,209 m² distributed across two warehouses, this logistics park is the largest speculative logistics project (built without a pre-committed tenant) in northern Portugal.
“It is a pleasure to welcome HOMYCASA to Panattoni Park Porto Valongo. Their choice reflects Panattoni Iberia’s ability to provide tailored logistics solutions for growing companies, contributing to their efficiency and expansion,” says Gustavo Cardozo, General Manager of Panattoni Iberia. “We believe this space, along with its features, will allow HOMYCASA to continue growing and evolving in the market, and we look forward to witnessing their success.”
The agreement with HOMYCASA strengthens the company’s presence in Portugal, as it marks the leasing of the last available unit in the north warehouse, which has a total area of 26,400 m². Meanwhile, the south warehouse spans 49,734 m², with 37,000 m² still available, starting from units of 14,000 m². This consolidates Panattoni Park Porto Valongo as one of the largest-scale logistics facilities in Portugal, designed to offer flexible and adaptable solutions tailored to business needs.
Strategically located just 25 minutes from Porto’s city center and with direct access to the A41 and A4 highways, Panattoni Park Porto Valongo positions itself as one of the most prominent logistics hubs in the country. Additionally, it features a sustainable design, supported by a BREEAM Very Good certification, low-energy LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations. As a result, the logistics park emerges as an ideal option for companies seeking not only operational efficiency but also a positive environmental impact.
