The largest complex in the Warsaw region still in demand – Panattoni to deliver 12,000 sqm for DSV Solutions at A2 Warsaw Park

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, with another project for DSV Solutions. The logistics operator will take up close to 12,000 sqm at A2 Warsaw Park – the largest warehousing/manufacturing complex in the Warsaw region. The tenant will move into the building next November, after being given early access in July. DSV Solutions will use the leased space to conduct logistics operations for the fashion industry.

Business partnership built over the years. Panattoni will provide DSV Solutionswith 11,955 sqm at A2 Warsaw Park, from where the tenant will be conducting logistics operations dedicated to the fashion industry. The 11,016-square-metre warehouse section will be tailored to the customer’s individual needs, including but not limited to personalised solutions in the handling area. They will allow for efficient rotation of goods on short distances, and will also considerably simplify reloading and storage processes. Additionally, roof skylights installed over this area will make for a greater use of natural daylight, while ventilation and heating systems will make the facility suitable for people to work on a permanent basis. The social and office space will take up 939 sqm and will include a clothing and accessories showroom. Moreover, DSV Solutions will make use of convenient service yards and ground-level access gates. The location at A2 Warsaw Park will provide for excellent visibility of the warehouse from the nearby motorway. The project will be completed within a short time frame, made possible by the many years’ collaboration between the companies and understanding of the specifics of DSV Solutions logistics centres. The customer will move into the building next November, after being given early access in July.

Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director from Panattoni comments on the cooperation with DSV Solutions at A2 Warsaw Park: “We are approaching the 200,000 sqm mark in the volume of space delivered to this customer over more than 10 years. Such extensive experience is our great advantage, and the excellent location we have created is another. The latest reports indicate that the Warsaw market is still in demand. The three zones in and around the capital city had the greatest amount of space under development as of the end of March, in excess of 600,000 sqm. Moreover, zone two was responsible for the greatest tenant activity – accounting for 20 per cent of the nationwide volume of transactions”. He then goes on to add: “The presence of such a large complex as little as 30 km from Warsaw and the Chopin Airport, which is at the same time well connected with the rest of the country, is excellent news for businesses operating in the region. The site also has potential for nationwide and international operations”.

The development of A2 Warsaw Park was crucial for the Warsaw market. The complex featuring more than 100,000 sqm is just 30 km from Warsaw city centre and the same distance from the Chopin Airport. Excellent connectivity with the capital city is ensured by the A2 motorway, running in the immediate vicinity of the park. The thoroughfare also connects Warsaw and major logistics hubs in Central Europe – Łódź, Poznań and Berlin. What is more, A2 Warsaw Park is situated near the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction and just 4 km from the centre of Grodzisk. The location provides tenants with an attractive alternative to warehouses based in Błonie, along the Poznań Route.

A2 Warsaw Park is a modern warehousing and office complex designed for both storage and light manufacturing, totalling 103,670 sqm.
