Panattoni, the European industrial real estate market leader, has leased out 17,000 sqm in Lublin to Stella Pack, one of the largest distributors of chemical cleaning products and a producer of hygiene products. The leasing agreement was brokered by consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Being where the client feels best. Stella Pack operates effectively from the Lubelskie region where it has warehouses and a factory and, from January 2023, it will use 17,000 sqm of new warehouse and production space within Panattoni Park Lublin II. The company is to take advantage of numerous sustainability solutions within the park such as green zones next to the office entrances twilight sensors for the outdoor lighting, charging stations for electric vehicles and sanitary installations that reduce water usage.
“Our decision to increase and consolidate our production and warehouse space is yet another milestone in the development of Stella Pack. In this way we are going to adjust our production and logistic resources to meet the needs of a rapidly changing market. This next leasing agreement for space in Panattoni Park Lublin II is confirmation of how right that decision was. It also motivates us to further expand our local portfolio, which already comprises 190,000 sqm and is set to grow by a further 51,000 sqm in the new year. Two steps from Via Carpathia. Panattoni Park Lublin II, where Stella Pack has leased space, is located in the Niemce administrative district, 8 km from the Lublin bypass, nearby the S19 expressway and the planned route of the Via Carpathia transnational highway, which is to run down the entire length of the EU’s eastern border and at the same time join together the separated regions of the east of Poland including such cities as Białystok and Rzeszów. The nearest junction onto this road is planned to be built just 500m from the park.
Lublin and its entire region is one of the areas where Panattoni was the first to spot the potential for modern warehouse space. The developer has already opened up such markets as Białystok, Kielce, Opole, Olsztyn, Wałbrzych, and Siedlce as well as numerous others in Western Poland such as Zielona Góra, Gorzów and Stargard, making that entire area one of the main hubs for Western European e-commerce. Panattoni is also creating alternative locations to the five main cities that make up the Big Five and was the first to move into such cities as Radom, Kalisz and Koluszki.
Panattoni Park Lublin II will eventually comprise three buildings with 84,500 sqm. The tenants of the complex include Varroc Lighting Systems, a leading producer of next generation indoor lighting systems and electronics to control vehicles for the automation industry. The company occupies over 25,000 sqm. The buildings that make up Panattoni Park Lublin II form a modern complex that offers a wide range of solutions for warehousing, logistics, distribution and light production.
