Poltraf w Panattoni Park Błonie II

Panattoni Europe, one of the largest industrial space developers in Europe, concluded an agreement with Poltraf Sp. z o.o., a logistics operator in the pharmaceutical industry. The new tenant will occupy ca 7,200 m² in Panattoni Park Błonie II.

New Tenant in Błonie 

Yet another pharmaceutical player chose Panattoni Park Błonie II for its location and close vicinity to the capital. A lease contract was signed for more than 7,200 m² by Poltraf Sp. z o.o., the organizer and direct distributor for companies from the pharmaceutical and related industries, operating on the hospital and pharmacy markets.  - Along with the development of our company we began to search for modern space for lease in Warsaw - said Piotr Król, President of Poltraf Sp z o.o. management board. - The leased space will serve us as a central warehouse for the Warsaw region. The new warehouse provides a complex offer in terms of storing and packaging goods, as well as buffering the inventories of external entities.  The tenant will move in in April 2010. In Panattoni Park Błonie II, covering an area of more than 24,000 m² of space, Poltraf will be the neighbor of companies such as: Logus, Indykpol, OSG and MPM Product.

Panattoni and Pharmaceutical Companies

Poltraf Sp. z o.o. is another client operating in the pharmaceutical industry, which has concluded 
a contract with Panattoni Europe. Among Panattoni's tenants are the leading distributors in the country, such as ACP PHARMA, leasing space in Panattoni Park Ożarów. Among Panattoni's clients there is also Torfarm SA, the leading pharmaceutical distributor, supplying goods to pharmacies across Poland.  Moreover the developer is currently constructing a facility covering an area of more than 5,000 m² in Żerniki near Poznań for Farmacol SA, one of the leading distributors of drugs in Poland, under a "fee development" investment contract.
