“Piotr i Paweł” in Błonie

Panattoni Europe, the leading warehouse space developer in Poland, reported signing a contract with "Piotr i Paweł." The client, a chain of delicatessen shops, will occupy ca 5,300 m² of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Błonie I.

Panattoni Europe concluded another lease contract in the Warsaw region. "Piotr i Paweł", a countrywide chain of delicatessen shops has become a tenant of Panattoni Park Błonie. The leased space, ca 5,300 m² (5331 m² of warehouse and 277 m² of office space), will serve as a cold storage facility, where dairy products are to be stored (in the temperature of ca 5.5◦C) as well as include a facility for storing fruit and vegetables (8-9◦C).

This is already the second contract the developer concluded with the Poznan-based "Piotr i Paweł" chain. In October 2007, Panattoni leased a warehouse to its client Panattoni Park Poznań I, situated nearby Poznań, in Gądki. The warehouse, with a total area covering 25,000 m², is servicing ca 70 shops, but the location in Gądki will render services to as many as 100.
