Panattoni Park Wrocław II – final stage of development

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, discloses its activities at Panattoni Park Wroclaw II. The 10,000-square-metre facility for Frohe Sp. z o.o, Brenntag Polska  and V.M.A. has been completed. It is the second building at the park. The final stage of development of the park is now under way, with approx. 10,000 sqm. The new tenants are: DSV and Żabka Polska.

In November 2012, the modern distribution centre  Panattoni Park Wrocław II will have a total of 60,600 sqm of space. The final stage of development is now under way, extending the park by a further 10,000 sqm. One of the tenants is an existing customer of Panattoni's - DSV, which will lease 4,300 sqm, occupying a total of more than 65,000 sqm in the developer's other facilities. The second customer to take up space in the facility under construction is Żabka Polska - a chain of convenience stores under brand names Żabka and Freshmarket, which will occupy approx. 2,100 sqm. The company recently moved into one of the Panattoni parks in Łódź, and in total occupies more than 4,500 sqm of the developer's space. Both transactions were mediated by professionals from the advisory firm Colliers International - Łukasz Grupa and Grzegorz Paluch.

Another tenant is the biggest distributor of chemical materials in Poland - Brenntag Polska, which will operate its regional sales office and a warehouse from the park. Works are expected to be completed this autumn.

Panattoni Park Wrocław II has an excellent location - Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, 14 km from the city centre and 13 km from the international airport in Wrocław. Convenient transportation by road is available with the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, next to the Pietrzykowice Junction, where the most strategic routes of the region come together - the A4, E67 and A8, also known as Wrocław Motorway Bypass.

Apart from the existing investments in this region - Panattoni Park Wrocław I and Panattoni Park Wrocław II - the developer is offering new locations: Panattoni Park Wrocław III and Panattoni Industrial Park Wrocław. As a result, Panattoni has 224,350 sqm of industrial space on offer in this region.
