Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's warehouse space sector, has completed the extension of building one at Panattoni Park Wrocław II. Currently, the entire 41,200-square-metre building has been leased, and the new tenant taking up the last 2,400 sqm is Premium Distributors, part of Eurocash Group.
The extension of building one at Panattoni Park Wrocław II, amounting to 11,500 sqm, has been completed. It is the first of two buildings planned at the complex. The extended facility now totals 41,200 sqm of warehouse and office space, all of which has been leased. The last 2,400 sqm will be occupied by Premium Distributors, part of Eurocash Group - the leader of Poland's FMCG wholesale distribution. Premium Distributors is the biggest distributor of spirits in Poland. It comprises 14 operations and has more than 80 branches across the country. In addition, the developer has launched its own office at Panattoni Park Wrocław II, which will have a direct impact on the high quality of facility management.

Panattoni Park Wrocław II is the developer's second modern centre in Lower Silesia. The investment is located in Nowa Wieś, lying 14 km from the centre of Wrocław and only 13 km from the Wrocław international airport, providing connections to the major capitals of Europe. In addition, Panattoni Park Wrocław II lies in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, right next to the Pietrzykowice Junction. The most strategic routes of the region intersect here - the roads A4, E67 and A8, the bypass of Wrocław. At full build-out the park will feature two buildings totalling 61,200 sqm.
