Panattoni Park Prague-Airport – Best Project!

Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Central Europe, has informed that Panattoni Park Prague-Airport received the award Best Logistics Park 2011, granted in a tenant survey, during the Logistic Business Mixer held at EASTLOG, May 26th.

The Tenant Award - Best Logistics Park 2011 was officially announced at the XIV. Logistics Business Mixer on the 26th of May 2011 at the 14th EASTLOG conference. The award was based on an extensive survey carried out by STEN/MARK targeting A-class industrial projects within Czech Republic. Tenants assessed projects developed by CTP, ProLogis, PointPark Properties and Panattoni. EASTLOG is a two-day international logistics and transport congress focused on the latest trends and news from the world of logistics in the Central European region.

As the survey poll indicated, Panattoni Park Prague Airport (PPPA) was voted best project, due to its high quality property management services - especially flexibility and responsiveness of the Panattoni team - Dušan Boček the property manager and his team of on-site managers, were underlined as key success factors. Customers also acknowledged PPPA as an excellently located distribution center granting access to a qualified labour pool.

About the survey 
The customer research has been organized by ATOZ EVENT in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield and the independent research company, STEM/MARK. The telephone questionnaire is conducted by the independent research agency STEM/MARK. Each question focuses on a key issue related to industrial real estate based on the expertise of market specialists at Cushman & Wakefield, the professional guarantor of the project. The relevance and importance of a given question is measured according to user perception. The required fulfillment of entry conditions and the scope of questions ranging in topic from technical parameters and location to services and operational issues have been designed to extract the most objective opinions possible from the subjects interviewed.
