Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Central Europe, has informed that Panattoni Park Prague-Airport received the award Best Logistics Park 2011, granted in a tenant survey, during the Logistic Business Mixer held at EASTLOG, May 26th.
The Tenant Award - Best Logistics Park 2011 was officially announced at the XIV. Logistics Business Mixer on the 26th of May 2011 at the 14th EASTLOG conference. The award was based on an extensive survey carried out by STEN/MARK targeting A-class industrial projects within Czech Republic. Tenants assessed projects developed by CTP, ProLogis, PointPark Properties and Panattoni. EASTLOG is a two-day international logistics and transport congress focused on the latest trends and news from the world of logistics in the Central European region.
As the survey poll indicated, Panattoni Park Prague Airport (PPPA) was voted best project, due to its high quality property management services - especially flexibility and responsiveness of the Panattoni team - Dušan Boček the property manager and his team of on-site managers, were underlined as key success factors. Customers also acknowledged PPPA as an excellently located distribution center granting access to a qualified labour pool.
"The Tenant Award is an exceptional opportunity for the tenants to give feedback to their Developers/Landlords. It is also a unique way for developers and landlords to get independent comparisons of their development and management work from the tenants' perspective. The Award also provides a clear message of what can be specifically improved in the property management services. Last year most of the tenants stressed the importance of energy savings, while this year the emphasis was put on quality of management services. We will see next year how developers approached the tenants' opinions and who will react the most. C&W is proud to be the initiator and professional guarantor of the competition" - said Ferdinand Hlobil, Head of CE industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Park Prague-Airport is the flagship investment in the Czech Republic. The park comprises 3 existing buildings, tailored to the individual needs of a varied customer pool, covering altogether 50,000 sq m of industrial space. The leased facilities are dedicated to such companies as: CEVA Logistics, AWT (Čechofracht), Great United Trading (TIME OUT), Domo Service, Stokvis Promi, Iron Mountain. Apart from the standard A-class units, dedicated solutions have been implemented such such as an ADR warehouse and a prestigious show room in response to customer requirements.
