Panattoni named "Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Central & Eastern Europe" by Euromoney.
Panattoni Europe, leading industrial space developer in Poland, announced receiving two awards for " Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Central & Eastern Europe" and " Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Poland" in the Euromoney Magazine Real Estate Awards 2010.
Euromoney Magazine has announced the winners of its annual Real Estate Awards - the most prestigious awards in global real estate. The sixth annual Real Estate Survey canvassed the opinions of real estate developers, advisors, financial institutions, investors and corporate end-users worldwide. Respondents answered, which firms they thought were best at providing various real estate products and services in their market in the last 12 months. The organizers of the 2010 survey received 1066 valid responses, which is a 12% increase on the 950 responses received in 2009. The survey was conducted from March 24th until June 14th 2010.
"It is a unique situation, in which customers, advisors and institutions, present on the real estate market, choose the best developer in their region. This distinction can be compared to the People's Choice Award - an unmatched opinion platform, which makes us the more proud and satisfied. I would like to thank everybody, who voted for us", said Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner for CEE Europe at Panattoni Europe.
Clive Horwood, Editor of Euromoney, said: "Investors have again turned their attention to real estate as a global asset class, and in some cases volumes have returned to those recorded before the crisis. We may not have seen a complete recovery in all sectors, but there are many reasons to be optimistic, and particularly in the Central & Eastern Europe region. Euromoney's sixth annual global real estate poll has acknowledged those best placed to take advantage of this growing wave of positive sentiment."
