Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, leased out 5,000 sqm at Good Point Puławska, part of the investment portfolio of AEW Europe. The new tenant at the facility is PHAR. The transaction was mediated by the international advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Europe responsible for the commercialisation of Good Point Puławska, the logistics centre near Warsaw, disclosed that a new transaction was concluded. 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse space will be occupied by PHAR - Pharmaceutical Advanced Resources, specialising in logistics services for the medical sector. The lease contract was mediated by the advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Good Point Puławska is owned by PBWII Fund, a real estate investment fund managed by AEW Europe, a leading pan-european real estate investment manager. Panattoni Europe in turn is responsible for Leasing Management, that is commercialisation of the vacant space as well as servicing current contracts.
"I am glad we managed to fulfil PHAR's expectations. Due to its dynamic growth and rising customer demands, PHAR was looking for class A warehouse space, situated near Piaseczno. Good Point Puławska meets both criteria and that determined the choice" - said Joanna Sinkiewicz, Senior Negotiator from the Industrial & Warehouse Space Department at Cushman & Wakefield.
