Panattoni Europe, the leading warehouse developer in Poland, has kicked off the second development phase of Panattoni Park Czeladz. The developer is building another facility, covering 20,000 m², which is to be leased by Huhtamaki and Specjal.
Panattoni Europe is initiating another investment. The second construction phase of Panattoni Park Czeladz, covering 20,000 m², has been kicked off. Huhtamaki, global supplier of unitary packages has agreed to lease 12,000 m² of industrial space. The client was represented by Anna Glowacz, Director of the real estate agency Jartom. Another 4,000 m² of space will be leased by Specjal, a company operating in the food industry.
Panattoni Park Czeladz is located on the Route 86 connecting Warsaw and Cieszyn, near the Route 88 junction connecting Bytom and Olkusz. The center is situated in the vicinity of the junction, where the A4 Motorway and S1 Expressway connect. The tenant of the first building, covering an area of 15,000 m² is the world's largest glass distributor, Saint-Gobain Sekurit HanGlas Polska.
Investor of the Year
Panattoni Europe, present in Czeladz since 2007, was recieved an award at the Saturn Rings competition, in the category of Best Investor of 2009. The award was granted to Panattoni due to its strong position among industrial developers in Europe.
