Panattoni expands the team – Adam Janus as Business Development Director

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has expanded its team. The developer’s ranks have been joined by Adam Janus, who has taken the position of Business Development Director. He will be responsible for attracting new warehouse projects and aligning the developer’s services with the needs of clients and prospects.

Adam Janus has been involved in real estate since 1996. He gained his professional experience in commercial real estate working mainly for developers of shopping centres, retail&entertainment galleries and outlets. He worked at TK Development A/S as a Development Manager, at Global Partners as a Development Director, and most recently served as Business Development Manager at Neinver Polska – one of the leading international real estate companies which focuses its activity on building and managing factory outlet-type facilities. Adam Janus holds the prestigious title of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the so-called “PhD of commercial real estate”, and is therefore a CCIM member in Poland. He is also affiliated with RICS – an international professional organisation for the real estate and construction industry, and holds a real estate agent’s licence granted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development.

Adam Janus will be responsible for the development of warehouse investments and, consequently, for acquiring new clients, mainly in the regions of Upper Silesia and Lesser Poland. “Panattoni Europe is made up of a team of high-class professionals, who are now joined by a new member, a real estate specialist with excellent knowledge of the market and its expectations” – comments Robert Dobrzycki Chief Executive Officer Europe, Panattoni Europe, adding: “The choice of Adam Janus as our new Business Development Director was not an accident, especially in the era of e-commerce.”
