Panattoni Europe reinforces its team - Maciej Madejak as the new Managing Director

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, expands its team. As of 1 September the developer’s organisation will be joined by Maciej Madejak, who will be taking up the position of Managing Director. He will be responsible for developing Panattoni Europe’ City Logistics concept in Poland as well as regional domestic markets, and also for the execution of Big Box projects in Southern Poland.

Maciej Madejak has been involved in the real estate business for more than 20 years. He has gained his professional experience in the commercial property sector mainly through his work for industrial space developers – Goodman Poland, where he recently served as Head of Business Development Poland, and Prologis Poland Management, but also on the advisory side with Colliers International Poland. Maciej Madejak graduated from the Academy of Property Management in Warsaw.

At Panattoni Europe, Maciej Madejak will be responsible for the execution of Big Box projects in Southern Poland, acquiring new clients for City Logistics facilities, as well as for expanding the developer’s portfolio to include emerging markets nationwide. To date, the developer has delivered more than 6.5 million sqm of modern industrial space altogether in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. In Poland, since the beginning of 2018 the company has signed leases for more than 700,000 sqm, delivered 360,000 sqm to the market, and currently has 1.2 million sqm of modern warehouse and manufacturing space under development, including City Logistics projects, situated within city limits and dedicated to the so-called “last mile” logistics.
