Panattoni Europe named Industrial Developer of the Year 2012.

Panattoni Europe has been officially recognised as the Industrial Developer of the Year 2012. The award was presented during the final of the prestigious competition CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA), this year celebrating their tenth anniversary. The awards gala took place on 23 April at SOHO Factory. 

The awards gala of the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) took place on 23 April 2013, in the industrial interiors of Warsaw's SOHO Factory. Panattoni Europe received the prestigious title of the "Industrial Developer of the Year 2012" for the second time running. In this year's edition, a total of 7 prominent CEE industrial space developers were nominated. The jury, composed of respected senior representatives of market leading firms, assessed the nominees in terms of their last year's business achievements in industrial projects, company performance and contribution to the growth of the property sector.

Industrial Developer of the Year 2012 is not the first CEEQA title given to Panattoni Europe. In preceding years, the company was named the Industrial Developer of the Year 2011, whereas Park Mysłowice and Panattoni Park Łódź were chosen as Logistics Projects of the Year. Moreover, Carl Panattoni - the company's founder and owner, was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate award, and Robert Dobrzycki was named Personality of the Year, to which he commented: "Same as last year, the CEEQA Industrial Developer of the Year award was earned by the entire team, who did not rest on their laurels and again gave it their all, for which I am very thankful."

The tenth edition of the CEE Quality Awards confirmed the reputation of the competition as an unbiased and credible review of merit in the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. Every year, more than 600 business owners and managers from the real estate sector come to the CEEQA awards ceremony from more than 40 countries. Awards were presented in 22 categories, and the lists of nominees were announced at the international Investment Fair MIPIM, which took place in Cannes at the beginning of March. This year's gala featured an impressive entertainment programme. The performing artists included Bananarama and Edyta Górniak accompanied by Adam Sztaba. For the sixth time running, the gala was hosted by the well-known Polish TV presenter, Monika Richardson.
