Panattoni Europe has recently commenced construction works on a new production facility within Panattoni Park Stříbro in Western Bohemia.. The space, 16,000 sqm, will be tailored to the needs of Ideal Automotive, a German company which has been operating at the site for a number of years and decided to expand its manufacturing operations here basing on its positive experience in the region. The new building will be completed in the third quarter of this year.
"We are developing a new 16,000-sqaure-meter building, tailoring it to the needs of Ideal Automotive", explains Klára Fritsch, Corporate Solutions Coordinator in Panattoni Europe. "It is one of the two new facilities we are currently building in the Zone." Ideal Automotive will use the new space to expand its production of textiles for car interiors. Hundreds of new jobs will be created in the Zone. "Employees are among the main reasons why Ideal Automotive is expanding its activities here", adds Klára Fritsch. Panattoni Park Stříbro will comprise 11 buildings at full build-out totaling altogether nearly 300,000 sqm of space.
"Panattoni Park Stříbro is located at an ideal place, just at road no. 107 from motorway D5. Investors can find experienced and reliable workforce in the close vicinity of the site, and the development of the Zone is supported by local municipalities. "We rely on the zone and, together with Panattoni, we are preparing its further expansion," says Milan Kratina, Managing Partner in the Accolade Group.
Panattoni Europe offers 14 industrial parks in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. Panattoni Europe with the Czech Accolade Group expanded considerably at the beginning of this year, extending its industrial park portfolio by six new sites in strategic locations such as Mladá Boleslav, Kvasiny - Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Cheb, Aš, or the Slovak town Krásno nad Kysucou.
