Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has concluded new transactions at Panattoni Park Łódź East. A new tenant, ROHLIG SUUS Logistics SA, will take up 6,830 sqm. In addition, an existing customer of the park, has leased an additional 6,500 sqm. At the same time, Panattoni Park Łódź East is being extended by 15,780 sqm.
Panattoni Park Łódź East, one of the developer's four parks located in Central Poland, has got a new tenant. ROHLIG SUUS Logistics SA, engaged in a broad range of logistics and freight activities, has leased 6,830 sqm at the Łódź-based complex. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International. Additionally, an existing customer of the park representing the printing industry, decided to extend its occupied space by another 6,500 sqm. The tenants will take up building three at Panattoni Park Łódź East which, in connection with the contracts signed, will be extended by an additional 15,780 sqm. At the same time, construction works are under way on the 12,000-square-metre building four of the park for a distributor of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia.
Panattoni Park Łódź East offers a wide range of solutions in warehousing, logistics and distribution. At present, the park comprises three buildings with total space of 104,550 sqm. At full build-out, the four facilities of the complex will total nearly 160,000 sqm. The Łódź-based park received recognition from industry specialists in the form of prestigious awards: CEE Quality Awards in the category CEE Industrial & Logistics Development 2007, and the Cepif & International Herald Tribune CEE Best Project Awards. The park's customers include such firms as Hartmann, Flextronics, Lekkerland, Schenker and Centrum.
Panattoni Park Łódź East is located in Central Poland, in Łódzkie Voivodeship. Situated at ul. Zakładowa in the Widzew-Olechów district, it lies in the direct vicinity of the planned Andrespol junction on the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn). Panattoni Park Łódź East can be found in the eastern part of the city, as little as 10 km from its centre. Its advantageous location allows the park's employees to commute using public transport, and guarantees customers easy access to a qualified labour pool.
