European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is expanding its team in Poland. Magdalena Bugajło has taken up the position of Director of Marketing Communications and PR in Poland. Most recently, she was Press Officer and Marketing Communications and PR Director for DHL Parcel. Malwina Pawłowska has been appointed Marketing Business Strategy Director. She has 18 years of experience working in international companies, where she was responsible for corporate and product communication.

Magdalena Bugajło has taken on the position of Director of Communications and Marketing in Poland. She will oversee the work of a department of several people, focusing on national activities in the areas of marketing, CRS, employer branding, corporate communications, social media, communication strategy and media relations. Magdalena has 14 years of experience in the industry. She has been with DHL Parcel for the last 7 years, most recently as Marketing Communications and PR Director and Spokesperson. Amongst other things, she was responsible for creating a communication strategy, launching the DHL Parcel brand, developing social media channels, partnership and sponsorship activities, brand image and crisis management. Previously, she worked for Netia for 6 years, where she was Corporate Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager.
Magdalena graduated in Iberian Studies at the University of Warsaw and in Marketing and Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. At the Academy, she also completed postgraduate studies in "PR in practice" and was a student at the London School of Public Relations. She is the winner of many international communication and PR competitions, such as the Pearl Awards in New York, the Spotlight Awards in Florida and the DHL Communication and Responsibility Award in Germany, as well as national ones - Szpalty Roku, Pióra Roku and Protony.
Malwina Pawlowska has taken up the position of Marketing Business Strategy Director. At Panattoni, she will, among other things, support the business in the areas of process efficiency, CRM, knowledge sharing and finally defining USPs in the increasingly competitive industrial real estate market. Behind her vast know-how is 18 years of experience in international companies. Amongst other things, she was head of marketing and communications for the office company Skanska in Poland. She was responsible for corporate and product communication, media relations, crisis management, brand positioning and co-creation of product concepts. Her area of expertise combined the topics of sustainability, innovation, health and safety. She also served as a member of the company's extended board of directors. Previously, she headed the marketing and PR department of Ghelamco Poland and was responsible for marketing and communications at GTC Group at CEE and SEE levels. She also co-authored the first ESG report of a property development company in the CEE market. She is a panelist at conferences on art in urban space, dialogue in space and marketing communication.
The new team members will be headed by Anita Pietrykowska, who has been with Panattoni for 13 years and in the industrial facilities sector for 17 years, being a four-time winner of the Construction Investment Journal Awards Poland in the Best Marketing Campaign category. Anita is currently Head of Marketing & Communications Europe, overseeing all marketing and communications activities on the continent, in the UK and India. Anita points out the immense value and importance of the new people to the company: - "The addition of Magda and Malwina to the Panattoni team is not only a total of more than 30 years of contributed experience in marketing and communications.
