Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial property market in Poland, and DSV Group are continuing their cooperation. The global logistics services provider has renewed the lease contract at Panattoni Park Czeladź and additionally leased space at Panattoni Park Gdańsk. Contracts signed account for more than 7,200 sqm.
DSV Road, part of the multinational DSV Group, specialising in logistics solutions as well as road, air and sea freight, is set to stay at Panattoni Park Czeladź. It is one of the developer's five distribution centres in Upper Silesia, where the tenant occupies more than 5,500 sqm. Notably, the final build-out stage is currently under way at the park to extend it by 12,300 sqm, at the end of which the centre will feature 48,300 sqm of modern warehouse space. Moreover, DSV Road has leased more than 1,660 sqm in a Tricity distribution centre, Panattoni Park Gdańsk.
DSV Group has been using the developer's modern warehouse facilities for years, running its operations not only from the above-mentioned locations, but also at Panattoni Park Łódź, Pruszków, Wrocław II, as well as Panattoni Park Teresin near Warsaw. The total space leased by the Group from the developer amounts to more than 64,500 sqm, including the Czech facility Panattoni Park Prague-Airport.
Since 2005, that is from the onset of Panattoni's presence in Central Europe, the developer has built more than 1.9 million sqm of modern industrial space. The market appreciates Panattoni's systematically implemented development strategy and has shown its recognition in numerous awards. The most recent include the Tenants' Prize for the Best Logistics Park 2013 awarded at EASTLOG 2013 to Airport Logistic Park and the title of the Industrial Developer of the Year 2012 as part of the prestigious competition CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA).
