Dekofilm Polska leases 7,350 sqm at Panattoni Park Radzymin

Panattoni Europe, industrial space market leader, has signed a lease with Dekofilm Polska – a manufacturer of heat-shrinkable and stretch films for food packaging. The transaction is for 7,350 sqm (6,800 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space and 550 sqm of office space) at the developer’s new project – Panattoni Park Radzymin. The tenant will move into its new location in April 2018. The lease was signed for 10 years, and the terms of the contract were mediated by experts from JLL.

Dekofilm Polska moves production to Panattoni Park Radzymin. Dekofilm Polska, a manufacturer of heat-shrinkable and stretch films for food packaging, has leased 7,350 sqm at the emerging Panattoni Park Radzymin. Operations related to the production and storage of both finished products and components will take place on 6,800 sqm, while office and staff facilities will take up 550 sqm. The tenant will move into the new location in Q1 2018 from its current premises in Tarchomin. Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director Panattoni Europe, comments: “We conducted a thorough analysis of Dekofilm’s needs as well as the shortcomings of their current location. Our experience and advisory competence enabled us to design space that is perfectly tailored to the needs of the enterprise in terms of manufacturing and warehousing. It will feature unique installations, independent ventilation and heating. The lease was signed for 10 years, and the terms of the contract were mediated by experts from JLL.

Panattoni Park Radzymin is the developer’s new location approx. 30 km from the Warsaw city centre, along the S8 expressway leading towards Białystok, next to the Radzymin Północny junction and the bypass of Marki. At full build-out, the complex will comprise some 55,000 sqm of modern and flexible production and warehouse space. During the first stage of the investment, which will be completed in Q1 2018 ─ 27,000 sqm will be delivered.
