Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Poland, informed about commencing development of the third facility of 17,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Łódź East.
Panattoni Europe has started the construction of the third phase of Panattoni Park Łódź East, located in Olechowo of Łódź, by Zakładowa Street. The first two completed buildings - of the total space of 76,000 sqm - are fully leased. The developer started building the first part of the third facility (17,000 sqm), which will ultimately reach 43,000 sqm of industrial space. After full build-out the park will consist of five buildings encompassing over 160,000 sqm.
