Panattoni Europe – Poland’s leader in the industrial space market – has again confirmed its position in the industry. During the 15th edition of the CIJ Awards, the developer picked up two titles: Best Warehouse Development & Developer of the Year for its investment for Bombardier Transportation, as well as Best Campaign of the Year for “The human touch of industrial space”. This year’s award gala took place on 9 November at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.
The CIJ Awards are a prestigious competition event dedicated to the CEE real estate development sector. It is organised in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia by the Construction & Investment Journal – a monthly specialising in the real estate market. This year marks already the 15th anniversary of the competition, from which Panattoni Europe brought home two statuettes in newly created categories: Best Warehouse Development & Developer of the Year for the development of a manufacturing facility for Bombardier Transportation, as well as Best Campaign of the Year for “The human touch of industrial space”.
The Best Warehouse Development & Developer of the Year title was given to Panattoni Europe for the development of a manufacturing facility for Bombardier Transportation, a leading manufacturer of latest technology rolling stock. The project completed by the developer is situated at the Bombardier Transportation factory in Wrocław, next to the already existing manufacturing plant – one of the oldest rolling stock factories in Europe and also one of the oldest rolling stock factories still in operation in Poland. The new facility, totalling 19,377 sqm, is used to manufacture modern passenger train body shells, including those for ICx high-speed trains.
The Best Campaign of the Year award went to Panattoni Europe’s marketing campaign “The human touch of industrial space”. With a tagline “Hi, my name is Tony!” – it introduced a brand hero, a personified warehouse facility, who as of this season accompanies the brand message to facilitate external and internal communications. The campaign features integrated marketing communication, using the most effective channels, e.g. web, mobile, social media, AdWords, industry press, as well as BTL.
This is not the first time Panattoni Europe receives recognition from the jury of CIJ Awards, having won a total of 26 titles in the history of this event alone. During last year’s edition, the developer picked up as many as four awards: Industrial&Warehouse Developer of the Year, Personality of the Year, which went to Robert Dobrzycki, as well as Marketing Team of the Year and PR Team.
