Pan-European property investment manager AEW Europe has selected, Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, as its leasing representative for its Good Point Puławska logistics park near Warsaw.
Isabelle Clerc, Head of Asset Management Central Europe at AEW Europe said: "Good Point Puławska is a good example of our portfolio management and is an investment within the portfolio of our PBW II Fund and its prime location on a major national highway only 15 kilometres from Warsaw means it has already attracted some high profile tenants. We're confident that Panattoni Europe will be a successful partner and add further value to this investment for our clients. We are happy to partner with Panattoni because we both have a strong track record and exposure to logistics in Europe".
Good Point Puławska is a modern logistics centre with a single building with office and warehouse space, adapted to high-bay warehousing - with clear height of 10 m and floor load-bearing capacity of 5t/sqm. The centre lies on national road No. 79 in Łubna and offers flexible lease terms, tailored to tenants' individual needs.
Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner for Central & Eastern Europe, Panattoni Europe said: "We are very pleased about our cooperation with AEW Europe, as it confirms the comprehensive nature of our offer in Central Europe and showcases Panattoni Europe's profile as a developer, facility manager, and adviser, particularly in leasing space."
