Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, announced that lease contracts were signed at Panattoni Park Pruszków. OPDF S.A., a pharmaceutical distribution company, will occupy 3,600 sqm. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International.
A new tenant joined the group of customers of Panattoni Park Pruszków - Organizacja Polskich Dystrybutorów Farmaceutycznych S.A. (OPDF S.A.). The company is a dynamically growing pharmaceutical wholesale business and will occupy 3,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Pruszków. The transaction was mediated by Colliers International, represented by Grzegorz Paluch. In other news, Lognet sp. z o.o., a logistic operator and existing customer of the park, extended its lease contract for 3,200 sqm.
