Panattoni Park Lublin III

Following the success of two logistics parks, Panattoni continues to invest in the region with the Panattoni Park Lublin III project. The park is located within the city and offers modern A-class warehouse and production space.

Important international transportation routes intersect in Lublin. Thanks to the constantly improving transport infrastructure, convenient road and rail connections to central and southern Poland are being established, and the Lublin Airport, opened in 2012. Panattoni Park Lublin III is a project of 3 Class A warehouse halls totaling approximately 33,000 sqm of space. The park offers the possibility of flexible module design and is tailored to the needs of customers from various industries. It provides modern office space, convenient maneuvering areas and is certified under the BREEAM standard at the "Good" level.
