Panattoni has developed one of the largest and most modern production facilities in the Reynaers Aluminium portfolio in Żabia Wola, 35 km from Warsaw.
The Reynaers Group operates in more than 40 countries, employing 2,600 people. Reynaers Aluminium is a leading European manufacturer of innovative, environmentally-friendly aluminium systems for windows, doors, curtain walls, sliding systems and sunshades. The company's products play an important role in the transformation of the property market towards sustainable construction and the reduction of carbon emissions.
At the factory in Zabia Wola, with an area of more than 31,000 sq m, the company will be able to maximise its production potential. There will be four process lines: three painting lines and a profile anodising line. For their needs, a DEMI water production station unit producing demineralised water was implemented, as well as a WWT wastewater treatment plant.
The investment includes also a visually striking office space of approximately 1,200 sq m, designed by the ARCH-DECO architectural office from Gdynia. It has been created with attention to ergonomics, air quality and access to natural light, ensuring comfortable working conditions. All this will be enveloped by more than 37,200 sq m of green areas.
The project has been developed in line with a high standard of sustainable construction and has passed BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. One of the priorities was to implement environmentally friendly solutions, such as chrome-free technology. We have ensured the introduction of energy-efficient solutions - part of the energy demand will be met by photovoltaic installations on the roof of the facilities and heat pumps will be used for heating purposes in the office building.
The factory's location in the immediate vicinity of the S8 expressway allows quick reach to the centre of Warsaw in just 30 minutes. This convenient location combines functionality with convenient access to key centres in the country.
