Description

Op de grens tussen Nederland en België wordt het multifunctionele logistieke warehouse Panattoni Park Sas van Gent ontwikkeld. Het bevindt zich op een tri-modale locatie met een totale oppervlakte van circa 34.000 m².

Het gebouw wordt ontwikkeld conform BREEAM-NL Excellent, wordt gasvrij en het dak zal volledige worden voorzien van zonnepanelen. 

De oplevering staat gepland voor Q4 2025

LOCATIE EN BEREIKBAARHEID

Panattoni Park Sas van Gent is gelegen op een strategische positie in de “North Sea Port” haven aan de Noordwest zijde van de Belgische Golden Triangle (Gent-Antwerpen-Brussel). De ligging nabij verschillende snelwegen E34, E40 biedt een uitstekende verbinding met belangrijke Europese steden.

North Sea Port ligt centraal in Europa. Het is een logistiek knooppunt waarlangs goederen vlot doorstromen naar alle hoeken van Europa en zelfs China. De haven maakt deel uit van de vervoerscorridors Rijn-Alpen, Noordzee-Middellandse Zee en Noordzee- Oostzee waardoor efficiënt vervoer per spoor, weg en/of binnenvaart verzekerd wordt. De ligging, multimodaliteit en diversificatie in goederen maken van North Sea Port één van de belangrijkste havens van Europa met een focus op duurzame economische bedrijvigheid.

Panattoni Park Sas van Gent biedt de unieke mogelijkheid om een eigen spoor aansluiting of kade functie te realiseren op of naast het aangeboden plot. Zo kunnen goederen vanaf de locatie zelf direct via het spoor of water worden aan- of afgevoerd naar heel Europa.
