Panattoni Park Sas van Gent - Building 1

On the border between the Netherlands and Belgium, the multifunctional logistics warehouse is being developed. It is located at a tri-modal site with a total area of approximately 34,000 m². It's part of  Panattoni Park Sas van Gent that includes another building of approx 22.000 m² now under construction. 

The building will be developed in accordance with BREEAM-NL Excellent standards, will be gas-free, and the roof can be fully equipped with solar panels.

The completion is scheduled for Q3 - Q4 2026.

LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY

Panattoni Park Sas van Gent is situated in a strategic position in the “North Sea Port” harbor on the northwest side of the Belgian Golden Triangle (Ghent-Antwerp-Brussels). Its location near various highways (E34, E40) provides excellent connectivity to key European cities.

North Sea Port is centrally located in Europe. It is a logistics hub through which goods flow smoothly to all corners of Europe and even China. The port is part of the transport corridors Rhine-Alps, North Sea-Mediterranean, and North Sea-Baltic, ensuring efficient transport by rail, road, and/or inland shipping. The location, multimodality, and diversification of goods make North Sea Port one of the most important ports in Europe, with a focus on sustainable economic activity.

Panattoni Park Sas van Gent offers the unique opportunity to establish its own quay function on or next to the offered plot. Goods can be directly loaded or unloaded via water to and from the location, reaching all of Europe.
