Panattoni Park Almere

Panattoni Park Almere is a state-of-the-art distribution centre covering 23,420 m2 at Stichtsekant business park in Almere. Divided into 19,666 m2 of business space, 2,158 m2 of office space, 1,596 m2 of mezzanine space and 251 parking spaces.

 There are five connecting units which can be rented as one but can also be split in smaller units from 3,700 m2. Making this a great location for more than one tenant. Every unit has its own loading pit with a minimum of 4 loading docks and one overhead door at ground level. 

 The distribution centre is built according to a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’. Therefore, it complies with all sustainability rules and regulations. The building will be off gas and no gas will be used in its operation. Solar panels will be installed on the total surface of the roof.

Business park Stichtsekant is very appealing to international businesses, and is already home to a great number of national and international companies like PostNL, Lidl, Dimensio, Antalis, Royal A-Ware, Hunkemöller, Flamco and Geodis. They chose this location because of its strategic position for national-and international distribution.

LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY

The business park has great access because of its location directly adjacent to the A27. The A1, A2, A6 and A28 motorways are in close proximity. All important reasons why businesses decide to locate or expand their distribution-and logistics facilities here.

Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, Utrecht and the Port of Amsterdam are all within 30 minutes. Bus stops to Almere Hout and Stichtse Brug are also close by - with connections to Almere Stad, Blaricum and Zeewolde.

Flevokust Port is within a 30 minutes’ drive - with access to the CTU Flevokust container terminal. This makes it possible to transport goods by water - for example, to or from the Port of Rotterdam.
