Hungarians are forging ahead. Panattoni has concrete plans for the first investments in a total of 100,000 sqm. Two multi-tenant logistics parks will be developed in two different locations in the Greater Budapest area that will serve occupiers from various industries, such as e-commerce, logistics, forwarding, distribution and light manufacturing.
As there are new projects in the pipeline, Panattoni decided to expand its Hungarian Office. From 1st March Mariann Tóth will join the Hungarian team as Leasing Director.

She has over 18 years of experience in sales and property management and has held many leadership positions at renowned global businesses during her career. Before joining the Panattoni team, she worked as Leasing Director at Property Market Real Estate Development, where she was responsible for the leasing strategy and leasing activities of the large-scale mixed-use BudaPart development, Bem Center Office Building and Dürer Park.
Previously she worked for HB Reavis for over 8 years. As Country Leasing Director, Mariann was responsible for establishing long-term client relationships, leading the growing team of property professionals, implementing innovative real estate solutions for the Hungarian market, and enabling clients' businesses by providing them with tailor-made workspace solutions.
Prior to joining HB Reavis, Mariann acted as an Associate, Office Agency at the global commercial real estate company Colliers International. Before engaging in the real estate market, she had covered corporate sales manager and sales director positions with Domina Inn Fiesta Hotel, New York Palace Boscolo and Danubius Hotel Group.
Mariann studied hotel industry and tourism at the Budapest Business School.
