Panattoni CargoPort Lyon

Panattoni France introduces its first project in Lyon, a 7,300 m² cargo facility with offices, ideally located in the CargoPort area of Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport. Designed with a strong environmental focus, it aims to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, including the installation of rooftop solar panels.

Strategically situated, this platform has direct access to the A43 and A432 highways, as well as all public transportation options. It is in close proximity to Lyon and the largest logistics park in France.

The 7,300 m² building will feature 66 dock doors and 1 ground-level access point, along with a waiting area for 3 heavy trucks. Additionally, there will be 57 parking spaces for light vehicles.

Construction is expected to begin at the end of 2024, with delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
