Distribution facility - Ormes (Orléans)

The Ormes site is in Pôle 45, an significant industrial and logistics hub just 11 km northwest of Orléans. This is a prime location in the region due to its immediate access to the A10 and A71 motorways along with the synergy provided by the companies that operate in Pôle 45.

A first 30,000 sqm state-of-the-art logistics centre available in early 2024: 

The first phase will involve the demolition of the 24,000 sqm of vacant space unsuited to the needs of the users of the complex - 3PL, retailers and e-commerce players – followed by the delivery of a new, state-of-the-art and sustainable 30,000 sqm logistics centre.

Sustainable solutions aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of the project will bez employed. The active environmental approach that is to be taken will involve the optimisation of the built-up land, the installation of photovoltaic roof panels and a rainwater management system, as well as a commitment to biodiversity. The aim is to achieve BREEAM certification at the ‘Very Good’ level for the project.
