Panattoni Iberia has sold a logistics parks in Murcia to the investor HANSAINVEST Real Assets: the rental area is approximately 46,000 sq. m, distributed in two warehouses fully leased with a long-term agreement to a logistics service provider.
The park is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the city center of Murcia, Spain's seventh-largest city. Situated at the junction of the A30 and A7 (Mediterranean Highway) motorways, it proves to be an ideal spot for both local and national operations.
The recently constructed facilities have achieved a 'BREEAM Very Good' certification. They are equipped with photovoltaic panels, LED lighting, electric chargers for delivery vehicles, and technical features to reduce water and energy consumption.
