Panattoni continues to expand its team in Spain

Panattoni, the leading European logistics-industrial real estate developer, has added new talent to its team in Spain with the aim of continuing its expansion in the Iberian market.

In this sense, it has announced the signing of Arantxa Prado as Senior Director Capital Markets, who will be responsible for management and investor relations, including raising capital for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, and supporting the financial structuring of the Panattoni platform throughout Europe. It has also announced the incorporation of Juan Antonio Irala as Transaction Manager, who will be responsible for coordinating the negotiation and closing with the investment partners and buyers, and will work hand in hand with the Managing Director, the Head of Finance and the Capital Markets team; and Isabel Alcalde as Treasury Manager, who will be in charge of managing the treasury of the projects to be executed by Panattoni and reporting to investors and financial institutions.

Arantxa Prado holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Bristol, UK. In 2016 he started working as an Investment Consultant at Savills Aguirre Newman, where he was in charge of advising on the purchase and sale of high-volume real estate assets. Since 2018 he was at Valeo Groupe Europe, a Real Estate Investment Fund specialized in the development and management of student residences in Europe and America.

Finally, Isabel Alcalde has a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master in Audit and Management Development from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and brings to Panattoni a wide experience in the area of intermediation and custody of assets, as well as in business management.
