Panattoni announces its 4th logistics project in Zaragoza

Panattoni, the leading logistics-industrial real estate developer in Europe, has announced its new project in the Empresarium Zaragoza logistics park, just 10 km from the city center. This is Panattoni's fourth project in Zaragoza, a step forward following its last three projects in the Zaragoza Logistics Platform (Pla-Za). The plot, which previously housed an automotive manufacturer’s facilities, offers a total area of 114,000 sqm. This project presents an excellent option for companies seeking a strategic location with excellent logistical connections and a modern, flexible infrastructure.

Panattoni will offer the possibility to build a warehouse of up to 54,000 sqm, which can be adapted to the needs of a single client or multiple tenants, as it can be divided into units. The building will have a minimum clear height of 10.5 meters and may include a representative office building. Additionally, it will feature 70 docks for trucks and 4 docks for vans, as well as a parking area with 480 spaces.

Panattoni’s new project will have BREEAM Excellent certification, ensuring high standards of sustainable construction. The facilities will be equipped with LED lighting, solar panels, electric vehicle chargers, and bicycle parking. Green areas will also be created for the employees’ well-being, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability and workplace welfare.

Empresarium Zaragoza offers a prime location with direct connections to Spain's main transportation routes. Its proximity to the A-2/AP-2 allows for quick access to Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia, and France, enhancing its appeal to logistics and last-mile distribution companies.
