Panattoni, the leading logistics-industrial real estate developer in Europe, has just reached an agreement with NAEKO LOGÍSTICS for the lease of a 40,414.47 sqm logistics building, in its recently acquired park in La Bisbal del Penedès, Tarragona.
The logistics platform is located 45 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 25 minutes from Tarragona, making it a perfect location for companies that need large warehouses strategically located in Catalonia, as is the case of NAEKO LOGÍSTICS. Its location is ideal, in the third logistics ring of Barcelona, right at the intersection between the AP-7 and the AP-2, one of the most sought-after nodes for companies in the logistics sector, with direct access to the AP-2.
The building is located in a fenced enclosure, and has space for offices and dressing rooms inside, and a car parking area outside. It is also equipped with more than 100 loading and unloading gates for trucks and a 35-metre wide manoeuvring area.
This building is located on a plot of 230,000 sqm on which Panattoni is planning to develop 2 new buildings, of 60,000 and 40,000 sqm respectively, which will bring the total area of the park to 140,000 sqm. These developments will make this logistics park the largest to date to be developed by a private investor for lease in Catalonia. La Bisbal del Penedès is hosting large companies and a growing demand due to its strategic location in what is considered the Penedès Corridor.
