Panattoni continues to focus on talent with the arrival of new profiles to its team in Spain and Portugal

Panattoni, the leading logistics-industrial real estate developer in Europe, has announced the recent recruitment of four new professionals in different areas of its team in Spain and Portugal. Thanks to these new hires, Panattoni now has more than 25 professionals for the Iberian market and continues with the objective of strengthening its presence and leadership across the Iberian Peninsula.

The developer has recruited Serafín Giménez Castillo as Senior Project Manager and Inés Sánchez Paredes as Junior Project Manager, who will be in charge of the technical side of project management. Serafín will be responsible for the technical oversight of the company's developments, including the planning, organization, supervision and management of all technical and construction details of the projects assigned or managed by Panattoni. Inés will be in charge of providing technical support to the Project Management team in carrying out research of potential projects and in the planning, control, organization and oversight of some of the ongoing projects for the senior project managers.

Serafín Giménez has an outstanding background in Civil Engineering and a Higher Program in Strategic Project Management from IE Business School. In addition, he has almost 20 years of experience in the sector. He began his career at Coperfil Group in 2004 where he worked as Project Manager until 2010, when he joined Pretersa-Prenavisa. He later worked for companies such as Constructora Dinamica, G.O.C. International Consulting and Norton Edificios Industriales, where he spent 3 years as Operations Director in Peru and as Project Manager in Spain before joining GSE in his last stage, first as Project Manager and then as Projects Director.

Inés Sánchez holds a bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Architecture from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and has a large potential for development within the team. Inés started her professional career in 2016 in the operations department of the Madrid Xanadú shopping center. Prior to joining Panattoni, she worked for more than two years as a Technical Consultant at CBRE Spain.

Panattoni has also announced the appointment of José Manuel Vallejo Alcántara as Financial Controller, who will be in charge of cost analysis and control, monitoring budgets and forecasts, as well as supervising the allocation and approval of invoices for the different projects under development.

José Manuel Vallejo initially focused his academic background on the education sector but quickly entered the world of finance. He has a wide professional experience in which his development as an Analyst and Securities Manager for Bankia stands out. He then entered the real estate field through a four-year stint at HAYA Real Estate, where he has been working in various positions ranging from Quality of Service and operation management to the role of Key Account Manager.

Finally, Panattoni announces the appointment of Diana Fonseca Barrero as Senior Marketing & Communications Manager. Her objective will be to serve as a link between all business areas to enhance their value through communications, as well as to align marketing activities with the broader vision and objectives of the company and its stakeholders.

Diana Fonseca holds an Executive Master's Degree in Corporate Reputation from the University of Navarra and a Postgraduate Degree in Logistics Management from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She began her career 15 years ago in the logistics sector as Administrative Officer at Inditex and then moved into the world of communications as Coordinator of Social Projects and CSR in private sector companies such as Intertrust and in the non-profit field at Ayuda en Acción Foundation. Before joining Panattoni's team, she spent more than 5 years as Marketing Manager at Logicor.
