Description

With a tailor-made logistics center and office building covering 32,600 m² of floor space, we are combining sustainability and progress for REPA, the European market leader for spare parts and accessories for catering equipment. The new location creates and secures hundreds of jobs, thereby strengthening the region's economic power. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology and its convenient location near the highway and airport, REPA can deliver spare parts faster, speed up repairs, and thus provide even better support to the catering industry.

ESG is also a focus: during the revitalization of the nearly 53,300 m² brownfield site, the 230 large trees will be largely preserved and supplemented by numerous new plantings. In addition, green roofs and wildflower meadows promote biodiversity, while photovoltaics and geothermal energy provide clean energy.
