The new Panattoni Park in Lübeck is located on a plot of approx. 82,100 m² in the Semiramis industrial estate on the A20. The total rental space of 46,100 square meters is spread over two buildings with a total of 5 units. Building 1 (4 units) has a hall area of approx. 34,700 m², an office area of approx. 1,400 m² and a mezzanine area of approx. 2,500 m². The second building has approx. 6,300 m² of hall space, approx. 400 m² of office space and approx. 500 m² of mezzanine space. Both buildings will be constructed to the latest standards and incorporate extensive green building measures. In addition, we are currently able to accommodate individual planning and fit-out requests. This means that the space can also be used flexibly for industry, light industrial and logistics.
