Panattoni is revitalizing the site of the old foundry on Merseburger Straße in Leipzig, Saxony. The innovative, multifunctional concept includes a Panattoni Park with 4 units, which offers future users a real estate area of around 42,000 m². Approx. 37,500 m² of the total area is warehouse space. Of the 4,850 m² of mezzanine space, approx.. 1,440 m² will be used as office and social space. Demolition is expected to generate approximately 150,000 tons of construction waste. 100 percent of this waste will be used for reconstruction.

In addition, Panattoni Park Leipzig Zentrum offers a business park based on the City Dock concept as a campus solution. This is aimed in particular at regionally based companies as well as companies from the manufacturing, light industrial, last mile logistics and value-added logistics sectors that are planning to locate in the immediate vicinity of the city center. These benefit from the outstanding location, infrastructure and connections just 10 kilometers from Leipzig city center, 8 kilometers from the A9 autobahn and 2 kilometers from the Leutzsch S-Bahn station.
