Strategic revitalization and location potential

A 77,700 m² industrial site is being revitalized on the historic grounds of the former stone factory in the Lennetal valley. The halls offer a clear height of 12.20 m, a column grid of 24 × 12 m, and a floor load capacity of up to 7 t/m², which also allows for demanding logistics processes.
