Panattoni wird den Neubau auf einer Fläche von rund 42.700 m² in dem neuen Gewerbegebiet Bornheim- Hersel realisieren. Das Gelände einer ehemaligen Kiesgrube wurde aufgeschüttet und wird nun einer neuen Nutzung zugeführt.
