Description

The new Kühne+Nagel spare parts warehouse was built in Wittenburg, Schleswig-Holstein. Panattoni developed the Build-to-suit property for the company in a cooperative partnership.

With a hall height of 12.20 m UKB, the 23,700 sqm building contains almost 20,990 sqm of hall space, 1.144 sqm of office an social space as well as 1,792 sqm of mezzanine space. There is also around 2,500 sqm of drivable outdoor storage space.

The building was completed on schedule at the end of 2023.

The property is conveniently located directly on the A24 motorway, which connects Berlin and Hamburg.
