Kindsgut has successfully established itself throughout Europe with its stylish toys and its high-quality range of textiles and home accessories for babies and children. Every month, more than 35,000 products leave the warehouse and find their way to customers. However, with the rapid increase in demand, the need for additional storage capacity and an optimized location solution also grew. 

“Previously, our office and warehouse space was spread across two locations, which complicated our processes. We wanted to merge the two areas to create synergies and make our processes more efficient,” explains Corinna Links, Managing Director of Kindsgut. When the previous space reached its limits, a solution had to be found that would provide room for the current business and future expansion.

The lack of space in Berlin posed a major challenge, as suitable commercial premises in good locations are difficult to find in the capital. City Dock Spandau offered the toy supplier the perfect solution: flexible, sustainable and modern space that combines logistics and offices under one roof for the first time.
