The BSH Home Appliances manufacturing plant near Rzeszów is where small home appliances of global brands Bosch and Siemens (including vacuum cleaners and capsule espresso machines) are produced. The built-to-suit facility had to be strictly adapted to the specific requirements of the assembly lines for these devices. Before the installation of technology began, the Panattoni and BSH teams jointly developed over 150 versions of the hall layout.
The client's main business requirement was to maintain production continuity. The result is the most advanced BSH home appliances factory in the world, providing a workplace for 1,000 people.
