Panattoni in the bike charity ride to the EXPO REAL MUNICH 2021!

Panattoni team is again back on bikes in the real estate charity ride! On 8 October, 20 cyclists – including Panattonians from France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, UK – will take on an approx. 430 km route, which will bring them from Strasbourg (France) to Munich (Germany) for the International Investment Property Fair EXPO REAL 2021 and, above all, allow them to raise funds for the fight against Cystic Fibrosis (CF).

Panattoni partners retail chain Action for its expansion in Poland and Europe – with a 60,000 sqm BREEAM ‘Excellent’ BTS in Bieruń!

Panattoni, Europe’s leading industrial developer, has become a key partner in the expansion of non-food discount chain Action. The developer is to deliver a logistics centre in Bieruń with an area of 60,800 sqm for the company, of which more than 58,000 sqm will be warehousing space. The BTS facility, which should be ready in September this year, will improve the company’s logistics processes for southern and central Poland as well as across Europe. The investment is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Excellent ‘level.

Panattoni sets the green agenda once again by becoming the first industrial developer to set BREEAM ‘Excellent’ as its standard

European industrial market leader Panattoni has become the first developer in the sector to introduce BREEAM certification at the ‘Excellent’ level as the standard for all its new facilities. To date, Panattoni has built 5,7 million sqm of space that has qualified for green certificates and tops the rankings for sustainable industrial construction. This includes the first BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate in the Polish industrial sector – for Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I – to add to having developed the most sustainable industrial building in Europe: Panattoni Park Cheb in the Czech Republic, which has an ‘Outstanding’ rating.

Panattoni completes 40,000 sqm production plant for Leviat in Kalisz

European industrial market leader Panattoni has completed a factory in Kalisz for Leviat – a global specialist in innovative solutions for the construction sector. The 40,000-square-metre investment replaces the company’s existing plant in the central Poland city. As a result, it will increase its production capacity and will be able expand its activities. One of the main challenges involved in developing the plant was to carry out the project within the strict time frame needed to ensure the continuity of the firm’s production.

Panattoni enters the French market

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is continuing its expansion across the European market with the opening of an office at Paris. Salvi Cals has been appointed Managing Director of the French branch.

E-commerce and automotive companies drive into Panattoni Park Tychy. Over 38,000 sqm of combined space leased out to Tiberina and Nodium Group

European industrial market leader is extending Panattoni Park Tychy and is to lease out over 38,000 sqm to two tenants. The first is Tiberina Group subsidiary U-Form, a leading supplier of components for the automotive sector in the EMEA region. The company was represented by Cresa Polska. The other is Nodium Group – the owner of two online platforms – sport-shop.pl and nodik.pl. The company is to consolidate its operations by occupying more warehousing space than it already leases.
