Panattoni is initiating a new logistics and light industrial project in the established business district of Ringsted, Central Zealand. The development, Central Hub Ringsted, will be located directly off exit 35 on the E20 motorway and is strategically positioned to meet growing demand for modern logistics space in Eastern Denmark.
In recent years, Ringsted has experienced a surge in industrial and logistics activity, with more than 136 hectares of land sold for development to companies seeking a central and accessible location on Zealand. The town offers proximity to major cities across the island, Copenhagen Airport, and southern Sweden. From the site, 2 million people can be reached within one hour’s drive.
This centrality has also made Ringsted a top choice for a potential future multimodal cargo terminal in East Denmark. All municipalities in "Region Sjælland" (Zealand), along with 75% of surveyed businesses, identified Ringsted as the optimal location due to its positioning at the intersection of the east-west and north-south transport corridors, both by road and rail.
The development will comprise a single, high-quality logistics facility that can either accommodate a single tenant or be divided for multiple users. The site spans 26,774 m², with a building footprint of 12,952 m² of warehouse space, 432 m² of office area, and 574 m² of mezzanine. The facility will feature 12 dock-level loading bays and two ground-level doors for efficient goods handling. A total of 76 parking spaces, including accessible parking spaces and EV-charging bays, will be constructed – with the potential to expand to 142 car spaces or additional trailer parking as needed.

The project is targeting a DGNB Gold certification, the most widely recognized sustainability label in Denmark. The DGNB system takes a holistic approach, evaluating environmental, social and economic sustainability, including technical quality, design process, and site context.
The building will be prepared for the installation of rooftop solar panels across the entire roof surface. In addition, landscaped areas will feature flowering wild plants to promote biodiversity.
Tenants with strong ESG requirements and the need for modern, high-ceilinged logistics or industrial space near Greater Copenhagen will find an ideal solution here. The facility will be available for occupation as early as July 2026.
