The Park is situated close to the intersection of A2 motorway with S11 national expressway (Poznań Krzesiny junction) and express road S5 (Poznań Wschód junction).

The tenant of the facility is Leviat - a leading German manufacturer of technical tools to omit in industrial projects. Investments in Kalisz, we will increase the company's production capacity in Poland and double jobs, ultimately employing approximately 650 employees.

Panattoni Park Poznań IV, which will total nearly 100,000 sqm of space at full build-out, is one of the developer’s five modern distribution centres in Greater Poland. 

The park is located in Tarnowo Podgórne, 20 km northwest of the A2 motorwayway, near the S11 expressway and its intersection with national road 92 (Poznań Tarnowo Podgórne junction), offering almost 48,000 sq. m. of space.
