This office area provides a comfortable and functional working environment for administrative and management teams to coordinate and manage logistics operations.
To maximize space efficiency, Panattoni Park Kerkrade features a 3,873 sqm mezzanine. This additional level increases the warehouse’s operational capacity and enables flexible storage and workflow solutions. The facility also offers convenient on-site parking with 228 designated parking spaces, ensuring excellent accessibility and sufficient capacity for employees, visitors and logistics vehicles.

Panattoni Park Kerkrade is located on the Dentgenbach industrial business park, directly on the Dutch–German border. Millions of inhabitants can be reached within a driving distance of one to two hours. With a total area of 116 hectares, Business Park Dentgenbach is the largest business park in Kerkrade and primarily accommodates large-scale and medium-sized supra-regional activities.
Companies located here are mainly active in wholesale, industry, transport and distribution. A significant number of these companies are of foreign origin. International companies such as Boten Scientific, Simrax, The Lycra Company, Harley Davidson and B&R Premium Logistics are established here, alongside local companies including Vipack, Hesi and TCK Sports Group, among others.
