All 17,000+ square meters across four state-of-the-art warehouse units have been leased, with seven companies now operating within the complex. The project's success is driven by its strategic location, sustainable construction, and the continued market demand for high-quality last-mile logistics hubs in the Budapest metropolitan area.
Panattoni Hungary, the local subsidiary of the world’s leading privately owned industrial real estate developer, launched its operations in Hungary with this Törökbálint development. Completed in just nine months, the next-generation logistics center set a new standard in the Hungarian industrial property market through its advanced technical specifications, sustainability-focused design, and exceptional operational flexibility.
