ARASUR is a well-established and historically significant logistics/industrial park in Spain, strategically located at the intersection of the AP-1 and AP-68 motorways near the French border. Known for its well-maintained appearance and comprehensive services, the park features a cafeteria, fuel station, infrastructure for additional services, and a dedicated area for truck parking and rest.

In 2021, an intermodal terminal or "dry port" was established, connecting ARASUR to the Port of Bilbao. This facilitates the unloading of goods arriving by sea and their subsequent distribution by road. The terminal spans 63,440m², with two tracks for train arrivals and departures, and two additional tracks for loading and unloading. This infrastructure, along with its fenced perimeter and single, controlled access point, ensures a secure and efficient environment for logistics operations.
