In November 2020, Leroy Merlin and Panattoni Iberia closed an agreement in which the French multinational commissioned the leading logistics developer in Europe to build a customized Class A building with all the latest standards and services necessary to expand its logistics facilities in the same area. This facility is now allocated for its B2C (business to consumer) stock, as well as its cross-docking platform, which allows for the transfer of a product from an incoming vehicle to an outgoing vehicle, thereby minimizing the need for storage and reducing the delivery time of goods to the maximum.

The building has a free height of 11 meters, allowing for storage up to six levels, and includes 40 loading docks and a functional design to streamline the entire operation.

BREEAM - Very Good

The certification impacts several aspects, including visual and thermal comfort, indoor air and water quality within the warehouse. The implementation of the Building Management System (BMS) to control energy consumption and the installation of photovoltaic panels are key components. Additionally, there is a focus on waste management with designated spaces allocated for proper handling of waste.
